Key Responsibilities

  • Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
  • Participates in ongoing assessment of quality patient care services.
  • Collaborates with other managers to create a teamwork environment.
  • Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery.
  • Implements nursing strategies to improve engagement.
  • Assists with staff scheduling and manages labor according to patient care needs.
  • Supports proper inventory control and manages supplies and equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Required
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support Required
  • ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse in TX or holds a compact license
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 1+ years of Applicable experience
