Key Responsibilities
Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
Participates in ongoing assessment of quality patient care services.
Collaborates with other managers to create a teamwork environment.

Implements nursing strategies to improve engagement.
Assists with staff scheduling and manages labor according to patient care needs.

Required Qualifications
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Required
Basic Cardiac Life Support Required
ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
Registered Nurse in TX or holds a compact license
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
1+ years of Applicable experience
