Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
Manage labor costs
Train and develop crew
Maintain a cooperative relationship with the management team and crew
Conduct meetings as needed
Control inventory and maintain adequate supply
Maintain reports and records
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Maintain personal appearance and professionalism
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Drivers License
Strong conflict-resolution skills
