Key Responsibilities
Ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
Collaborate with management team to monitor and evaluate nursing care.
Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput.
Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality.
Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery.
Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient care needs.
Support proper inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
Basic Cardiac Life Support Required
ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy (must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date)
