Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Oregon RN license preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room Registered Nurse experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and clinical best practices
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills

Operating Room RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care to surgical patients during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
• Apply the nursing process and established standards of care to ensure patient safety and positive surgical outcomes
• Serve as a patient advocate throughout the perioperative experience
• Direct and supervise assigned clinical personnel within the Operating Room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative healthcare team
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and procedures
