Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental and return process on airport lots
Check cars and enter information using handheld devices
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Provide excellent customer service at exit gates and during vehicle check-ins
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to perform physical tasks (typing, sitting, standing, walking, driving)
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Regular on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
