As a Sales Representative for MSI's countertop products, you will drive sales growth within your assigned territory by building strong relationships with fabricators and K&B's. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in a dynamic market while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with current and potential customers
Assist customers with product knowledge and training
Position products against market competition
Manage displays and selling tools
Consult with dealers on pricing and promotions
Quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales contracts
Review and analyze sales reports
Utilize marketing tools to promote products
Research customer needs based on market information
Resolve customer claims and problems
Attend trade shows
Travel 40% - 80% locally and occasionally nationally or internationally
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Two (2) plus years’ experience in channel distribution sales
Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience
Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience
Strong math skills
Ability to determine solutions for customers
Results-oriented
Intermediate computer proficiency
Valid driver’s license
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Good communication and people skills
Confidence and motivation to work toward targets
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well alone or within a team
Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving
Resilience to deal with customers who turn you down
Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in Countertop, Distribution and Building Materials Sales
Bilingual in Spanish
