Key Responsibilities
Develop budget for housekeeping departments
Maintain company credit card and expense management
Ensure Supervisors stay within budgetary guidelines
Approve supply orders for housekeeping teams
Act as Safety Coordinator for the department
Conduct trainings for safety standards
Coach employees and foster their growth
Develop and execute departmental policy and procedures
Provide constructive feedback to staff
Conduct incident investigations and follow up
Required Qualifications
Secondary education required
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in hospitality field
Strong personnel management skills
Good planning, administrative, organizational, supervisory and budget management skills
Computer proficiency required
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications software desired
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and business levels
