Global Brand Lead Tzield (HCP Activation) - Who You Are

As the Global Brand Lead Tzield, you are an highly experienced and successful Marketeer who has gained experiences in creating paradigm changes with best in class marketing. You have a strong understanding of the health system including value and access, clinical and patient advocacy. You are passionate about building brands, creating compelling campaigns and calls to action. You have a passion for insights, a curiosity to understand the HCP and the patient journey. You have moved past traditional pharma marketing and have embraced new, innovative, disruptive techniques to create change in new therapy areas

The Role

This role reports into the Global Head of Autoimmune Diabetes. You will be leading HCP activation strategy, for a first-in-class, monoclonal antibody specialty disease launch, working in conjunction with countries. The HCP activation strategy is critical to the success of the overall brand. Building on an early phase campaign, you will set the standard of what good looks like across all markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Co-creates and executes the Global Tzield Integrated Growth plan (IGP) - HCP activation strategy: Working with country and cross functional colleagues, to co-create a best in class HCP activation strategy with corresponding materials and innovative approaches
  • Transforms the US campaign to an award-winning global campaign, refines the positioning ensuring high relevance and high impact for all wave 1 countries
  • Understands what it will take to move the needle, develops – Heavy emphasis on creating content based on HCP persona’s.
  • Responsible for bringing the best out of partner agencies – leads hiring of the right agencies to develop best in class materials
  • Owner of the Content strategy: Articulation and activation of the HCP touchpoint journey based on persona, modular content and omnichannel approach
  • Defines KPI’s and metrics to measure success
  • Creates ‘intensity’ around customer insights: Responsible for the development and delivery of key insights plan for HCP’s with other team members
  • Brings to the forefront the right discussions and creates alignment: using newly formed Global Brand Team/Global Leadership forums – shapes key strategic questions, develops country alignment.

About You

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years across critical functions including Market Access, HEOR, Medical, External Affairs or similar relevant experience
  • The ability to collaborate with a range of different functions to achieve outcomes
  • Demonstration of previous complex project management
  • Experience of external / customer interactions
  • Robust experience with contributing to Global/country Brand plan
  • Strong PMO skills with the ability to lead, simplify and move at pace, large complex programs
  • Preferred Requirements
  • Successful global launch experience Specialty / Rare disease/ Type 1 Diabetes
  • Delivered launches in new green field therapy areas
  • Strong Medical acumen is a desired
