We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and flexible Emergency Medicine physician to join a supportive and dedicated team in a Level IV Trauma Center located in beautiful Eastern Oregon. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who values work-life balance, enjoys a collegial team environment, and is looking for schedule flexibility in a full-time, permanent position.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Total compensation over $405,000+ , including:

    • Up to $50,000 in quality incentives

    • RVU bonus eligibility (current providers are on track to meet thresholds)

  • $30,000 commencement bonus

  • $8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions

  • Student loan repayment assistance

Position Highlights:
  • Level IV Trauma Center

  • 71 total 24-hour shifts per year ( 6 shifts per month 0.81 FTE)

  • Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant support during peak hours (10 AM 10 PM)
