Key Responsibilities
Manage the Trauma Performance Improvement Program
Coordinate trauma care quality and performance improvement activities
Develop and evaluate staff educational programs
Monitor and analyze trauma care data outcomes
Facilitate performance improvement activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
3 years Trauma Registry or trauma care system experience
1 year Advanced understanding of Trauma process improvement
3 years Previous Emergency or Critical Care nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
CEN, CCRN, TCRN, CSTR, or CPHQ upon hire
ATCN, TNCC Instructor upon hire
ATLS coordinator upon hire
1 year of previous experience with hospital quality management/QI programs
