Job Description
Join The Terraces of Phoenix as a Medication Technician, where you will provide exemplary care and support to residents. This part-time role allows you to make a meaningful impact by helping residents achieve their independence in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with medication and basic needs
Develop awareness of residents' interests and needs
Create a safe environment for resident care
Adjust duties as assigned by the Memory Support Program Manager
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Successful completion of the Certified Caregiver Program
Certified Caregiver Certificate
CPR certification
AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience preferred
