As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you will play a crucial role in helping customers manage their auto loans by collecting payments and negotiating plans, all while fostering positive relationships. You'll utilize your communication skills to assist customers on their path to vehicle ownership and contribute to achieving company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive relationships with customers
Educate, negotiate with, and build relationships with customers to influence them to make needed payments
Review account information, process payments, and accurately notate accounts
Assist customers with debt repayment plans, including modifications and deferments
Monitor and ensure regular follow-up on all loan repayment agreements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Located on-site in Fort Worth, TX

Contact center experience in the financial services industry
