Key Responsibilities
Participate in startup and commissioning of new units
Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions
Execute regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units
Review and interpret regulatory requirements and technical documents
Cultivate strong customer relationships and escalate issues for resolution
Prioritize safety by adhering to licensing requirements and safety training
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
10+ years working experience in the HVAC Industry
5+ years working with centrifugal chillers with ST6 & ST3
HV, BFD, Starters
EPA Universal
Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs, climb a ladder and work on rooftops
Ability to stand, crawl, sit, squat for extended periods
Valid and current Driver's License and insurable by the company's insurance
Current union member or willing to join a union
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 30 Certification
Basic understanding of building automation controls (BOMAC)
Experience with data centers
Experience with Steam Turbines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of ServiceMax
