O’Neill Mechanical Service, Inc. seeks applications for Full-Time Commercial HVAC technicians to help us service our growing client base. Our clients are typically facilities within the Greater Phoenix Area utilizing a wide variety of HVAC equipment in diversified environments. This position will primarily be performing scheduled maintenance and repair of equipment at the client’s location. Working hours are typically between 7am-4pm M-F.
Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial HVAC Service.
- Provide own personal hand tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment to, but not limited to 5 to 30 tons.
- Able to work independently, as a team and occasionally oversee one or more co-workers on particular projects.
- Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant Handling.
- Track record of safety and dependability.
- Customer Service oriented and professional in appearance/demeanor.
- CLEAN MVR with valid AZ driver’s license, PASS drug testing and applicable applicant background screening.

- Starting hourly rate commensurate with experience/knowledge/skill.
- Steady work all year round, overtime available.
