Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms (telemetry). Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. Document all care accurately and in a timely manner in the EMR. Educate patients and families on disease processes, post-discharge care, and medications. Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: Active RN License (state-specific or compact license) Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Certifications Required: BLS (AHA)
