Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with moderate to high acuity.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patients with telemetry and other continuous monitoring devices.
• Work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about recovery processes and treatment plans.
• Accurately document all nursing interventions and patient assessments.
• Follow infection control protocols and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
