Job Description
Join Boston Consulting Group as a Payroll Senior Analyst and play a crucial role in modernizing payroll functions. You'll manage multi-state payroll compliance, support expatriate payroll, and lead transformation initiatives in a collaborative environment, ensuring efficiency and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multi-state payroll reporting and tax compliance
Support mobility-related payroll functions for U.S.-based expatriates and inpatriates
Plan and coordinate transformation process-related activities
Demonstrate strong project management skills
Maintain confidentiality and high integrity in handling information
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5+ years Payroll experience
Experience with 3rd party payroll service (ADP, Ceridian etc.)
Deep understanding of full cycle payroll operations
Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience in system/operational transformations
Working knowledge of automation capabilities (Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path etc.)
Working knowledge of international mobility rules and regulations
Excellent customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
