Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and implement evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of conditions, including geriatric, orthopedic, and neurological disorders. You will work in a hospital setting, with opportunities to explore flex across acute and/or inpatient rehab, and may have the chance to float between units or sister facilities. Our team is committed to providing exceptional patient care, and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team.

Required Skills

• SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling and workload

Nice to Have Skills

• Outpatient experience with some experience in acute or IRF (inpatient rehab facility)
• Student clinical rotations or early career experience welcome
• Experience with Epic charting system

Preferred Education and Experience

• None required, but relevant experience and education preferred

Other Requirements

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends (with occasional flexibility to work Saturdays)
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
