Job Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer I at Raytheon, you'll enhance manufacturing processes by analyzing product specifications and developing solutions. Join a team dedicated to creating a safer world through innovation and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Support manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Disposition non-conforming material
Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma principles
Provide technical support to manufacturers
Develop tools and fixtures for ergonomic processes
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Less than 2 years prior relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Technical drawing interpretation, GD&T
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude
Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Current DoD security clearance (secret)
Experience with automated tooling and programming
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
