Radiologic Technologist II
Part Time, 20 hours weekly
Hours: 1500 - 2330 with rotating weekends and holidays.
Operates a variety of radiology equipment to produce radiographs of the body for diagnostic purposes as directed by the Radiologists, in accordance to established protocols. Assists physicians and other clinical staff with obtaining films, images, and other records using the Radiology PACS or hospital information systems. Delivers and ensures customer service in all aspects of job.
Education : High School Diploma or GED. IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) licensure
Certifications : Certificate of Completion or a letter from the Radiology Program Director from the Radiology School attended. Certificate of Program Completion or a letter from the Radiology Program Director of the accredited school.).
Knowledge of all current American College of Radiology(ACR)/JCAHO requirements in order to maintain compliance with all rules and regulations. Prior x-ray experience in a surgical environment, preferred
