LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Hospice for a local contract job in Portland, Oregon.
🌟 LVN/LPN – Hospice | Portland, OR & Surrounding Areas 🌟
🏥 Facility: Providence Oregon Hospice
⏳ Contract: 13 weeks
🕒 Schedule: 5x8s Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
✨ Mileage: Reimbursed at IRS Standard
✅ Position Highlights:
✔ Provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients’ homes
✔ Manage 4–6 visits/day (30 productivity points)
✔ No on-call or weekends required
✔ Free parking
✔ Epic charting
📝 Requirements:
✅ 1 year of skilled hospice experience (required)
✅ Active OR & WA LPN/LVN licenses (must have both)
✅ BLS Certification
✅ Reliable transportation (travel radius up to ~50 miles)
✅ No first-time travelers
