Job Description

Join Children's Nebraska as a Staff RN and make a meaningful impact on pediatric care. You'll coordinate individualized nursing care in a supportive environment dedicated to professional development and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct individualized age-specific patient/family assessments
Develop individualized patient/family plan of care
Implement and evaluate nursing actions
Document patient assessments and evaluations
Coordinate with healthcare team and families for care
Mentor student nurses and provide clinical support

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure
BLS - Basic Life Support certification
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification (within 180 days)
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation certification (NICU only, within 180 days)
ACLS certification (Cath Lab only, within 6 months)
ENPC certification (ED only, within 1 year)
TNCC certification (ED only, within 1 year)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with pediatric patients
Previous experience with EPIC
