Job Description

Inizio Engage is seeking performance-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to lead the launch of a new product. This role requires building relationships with healthcare professionals and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize market penetration, making a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Implement strategic business plans to meet and exceed all KPIs and goals for the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Develop and implement territory business plans to maximize product adoption.
  • Conduct sales presentations and deliver compelling product messaging.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities and track sales performance.
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Participate in training programs and sales meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
  • Strategic thinker who can develop and drive a territory business plan
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Rheumatology experience
  • Launch Sales Experience
