Inizio Engage is seeking performance-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to lead the launch of a new product. This role requires building relationships with healthcare professionals and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize market penetration, making a significant impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives.
Implement strategic business plans to meet and exceed all KPIs and goals for the assigned territory.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Develop and implement territory business plans to maximize product adoption.
Conduct sales presentations and deliver compelling product messaging.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities and track sales performance.
Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Participate in training programs and sales meetings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
Strategic thinker who can develop and drive a territory business plan
Valid driver’s license in good standing
