Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator and be part of a leading collision repair service. You'll guide customers through vehicle repair processes, manage estimates, and ensure quality service in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repair processes and ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed on vehicle status
Review data procedures with Body Technicians
Handle disbursement paperwork and pre-close final repair orders
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
