Job Description

Join Staples as a Customer Service Representative at Quill, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing business partnerships and driving sales initiatives. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support contract agencies and grow awareness of Quill's offerings in various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external buying group partners
  • Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content
  • Partner with marketing channels to spread awareness of Quill offerings
  • Act as primary point of contact for contract support
  • Train sales teams on buying group updates
  • Support conference setup and collateral
  • Conduct regular audits of Quill landing pages for buying groups
  • Work with pricing team for updates and sales collateral
  • Assist in launching large buying group sales initiatives
  • Attend and support conferences as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Adaptable to change and a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with both external and internal teams
  • Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
  • Office 365 and Adobe proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic Marketing experience
  • Strong sales process and methodology
