Job Description & Requirements

Night RN – 3x12 Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | 13-Week Travel Contract

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years recent specialty experience (within last 12 months)
• Inpatient experience in medical/psych and substance use/chemical dependency
• EPIC charting experience
• BLS required
• Active NJ or Compact RN license (no pending licenses)
• First-time travelers NOT accepted
• Flu and COVID-19 vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
• Navy blue scrubs

Orientation & Compliance:

• RTO due at submission; block scheduling not allowed
• Dysrhythmia test required for MS/Tele-ER-PCU-ICU float roles
• Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing
• Fit-tested prior to start; must be clean-shaven
• Modules completed during orientation (billable)

Float Expectations & Units:

• Float within MS/Tele, ER, PCU, ICU, PCU/ICU
• L&D Level III High-Risk facility; float to High-Risk Obstetric Unit (HROB)
• Patient Ratios: PCU & ICU/PCU float 1:5+, MS/Tele 1:6
