Key Responsibilities
Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
Design and implement a plan of care appropriate to identified problems
Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress
Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services
Supervise activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility for CFY
Licensed or eligible for licensure in state
Current BLS/CPR Card
