Join Quill as an Inside Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth in the Philadelphia region. This remote position allows you to engage with new customers, implement strategic sales initiatives, and contribute to a thriving team culture focused on success and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Ensure smooth transitions to account management team
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Improve and apply feedback from coaching
Positively impact team culture and work collaboratively
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
