Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as an Office Manager, where you'll support adults with serious mental illness in a caring environment. Engage in dynamic administrative tasks, manage client data, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure effective program operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various program administrative and operational needs
  • Enter and maintain data for program clients
  • Support case management and clients with entitlement applications
  • Coordinate with Fiscal department and maintain program financials
  • Order office supplies and equipment with Program Director approval
  • Track program metrics and alert staff on key dates and requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs, preferably in Supportive Housing
  • Ability and experience in using electronic systems for tracking data and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual
