Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as an Office Manager, where you'll support adults with serious mental illness in a caring environment. Engage in dynamic administrative tasks, manage client data, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure effective program operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform various program administrative and operational needs
Enter and maintain data for program clients
Support case management and clients with entitlement applications
Coordinate with Fiscal department and maintain program financials
Order office supplies and equipment with Program Director approval
Track program metrics and alert staff on key dates and requirements
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs, preferably in Supportive Housing
Ability and experience in using electronic systems for tracking data and outcomes
