Key Responsibilities
Assist the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery)
Required Qualifications
PharmD Pharmacy
Bachelor's Degree BS in Pharmacy
Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire
2 years PGY2 residency training or PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience or 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting
Preferred Qualifications
BPS Board Certified Pharmacist within 2 years of hire
