Job Title: Home Health • Physical Therapist • Days

Join our team as a Physical Therapist in a home health setting. This is a 13•week contract position with a 40•hour work week, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver physical therapy services at patients' homes
• Handle cases including ortho, medication management, wound care, disease education, and elective surgeries
• Serve primarily elderly Medicare recipients

Requirements:
• Valid CA PT License
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in Hospital Critical Care or Home Health
• At least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty
• Proactive and eager•to•learn personality

Additional Information:
• No on•call requirement
• All time off must be pre•approved
• Scrub color and PPE details to be determined
• Parking details to be determined
• Familiarity with Oasis and Homecare Homebase EMR systems is a plus

Training:
• Comprehensive training provided, including on EMR systems
• 20 hours of training over a 4•week period
• Peer support throughout the contract
