Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise food production activities
Assume responsibilities of Executive Chef when not available
Supervise and control kitchen helpers in food storage
Conduct inventories and monitor material consumption
Participate in the development of food products and menus
Maintain hygiene, health and safety standards
Ensure compliance with recipe specifications
Guide, motivate and develop subordinate employees
Implement and control the cost budget
Required Qualifications
Culinary Education or Equivalent Experience
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, OSHA)
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Experience managing large-scale food prep
Skilled in managing food costs and inventory planning
High standards for food presentation and cleanliness
Strong communication skills
Comfortable using kitchen technology and basic Microsoft Office tools
