Join Keurig Dr Pepper as a Sales Execution Manager to lead sales and operations, manage a team, and drive profitability in the Oshkosh and Tomah areas. This role focuses on fostering relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring efficient product delivery and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Teach, train, and coach branch leadership in sales, marketing, profit growth, and market share
Foster professional business relationships with all levels of management
Develop and grow working/business relationships with major chain customers
Provide strong customer management
Develop and communicate the business plan, establish goals and objectives
Meet monthly sales targets and income goals
Set, implement and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery
Participate in regular business reviews and trade field surveys
Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed in a timely manner
Develop and monitor staffing levels for all branch operations
Maintain company safety standards throughout the branch
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
3 years consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions
2 years previous management/supervisory experience
Valid driver's license
