Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients at the front desk
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
Verify insurance and collect co-pays
Enter patient demographics, billing, and insurance information into EPIC
Support both front desk and back office operations, including phone scheduling
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Facilitate the flow of patient forms, letters, and data
Problem-solve access and scheduling issues as they arise
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting
Familiarity with EPIC (1 year preferred)
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
1+ years of experience with patient scheduling
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and travel between clinic locations
