HumanEdge Health | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Skilled Nursing FacilityHumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated care team in a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Coos Bay, Oregon .
Assignment Details:
Location: Coos Bay, OR
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week | 5x8s
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create patient-centered treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Deliver care that aligns with professional standards and ethical guidelines
Requirements:
Active OR SLP License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
ASHA CCC-SLP required
One year of SNF experience preferred
Current BLS certification (AHA)
