Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services for substance use and psychiatric needs
Conduct crisis assessments, intake assessments, and individual/group therapy
Develop and modify treatment plans and discharge plans
Participate in clinical team meetings and supervision
Facilitate therapeutic groups and interventions
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree
Connecticut licensure as LPCA, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
Preferred Qualifications
Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
