Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Plan, organize, and staff key field positions
Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor construction progress and ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget
Manage financial aspects of contracts
Coordinate project activities and maintain project policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Hard Dollar, Heavy Build)
Proficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction methods
Experience with job costing and scheduling
