Job Summary
Credit Resolution Team is responsible for managing and resolving outstanding credit balances related to patient accounts, insurance credits and refunds. This team works collaboratively with insurance companies and guarantors to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and effective resolution of credit issues. Their goal is to maintain financial integrity, enhance patient satisfaction, and support the overall financial health of the healthcare organization.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
Preferred: 1 year business office experience
Skills
Strong analytical skills to recognize problems
Excellent computer skills and strong aptitude to learn and maximize use of applications
