Job Description
Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Plasma Technician, where you will be instrumental in collecting high-quality plasma that helps create life-changing medicines. With a focus on customer service and safety, you will screen donors, record vital signs, and contribute to continuous improvement in center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors
Take and record donor vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Identify operational opportunities for improvement
Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear
1 or more years experience in a customer or patient facing role
