Talent4Health is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
The primary responsibility of a CT Technologist is to ensure physicians and other members of a patients care team receive high-quality images they can use to make diagnoses or assess the success of treatments.
Interpreting the orders provided by the physician or other prescribing medical professional
Explaining what will happen during the CT scan to patients
Positioning patients properly to take the necessary images
Administering IVs that contain contrast dyes to enhance imaging
Examining images to ensure they are usable
Updating patient medical information
Cleaning and maintaining CT scan equipment
Keeping inventory of CT scan supplies and making orders for supply restocks as required
CT Technologist Shift: Rotating Block scheduling will NOT be offered Must work every other major holiday 1-2 years of experience in CT scan. Travel experience May consider first time travelers who comes with great experience AART Certification Current AHA BLS are required at time of submission Flu vaccine required during season ACTIVE MA license EMR Experience Preferred - EPIC
