Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments and triage patients in the ER.
• Administer medications and treatments, including IV fluids and emergency interventions.
• Collaborate with medical team for patient care planning.
• Monitor patients' conditions and document assessments and treatments.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing emotional support.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment.
• Manage patient emergencies and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Provide discharge instructions and educate patients on follow-up care.
• Mentor new nurses and support team coordination.
