Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans
Direct sales forecasting and set performance goals
Review market analysis to determine customer needs
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations
Coordinate sales distribution and establish quotas
Advise dealers and clients on sales techniques
Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy
Represent company at trade association meetings
Meet with key clients and assist sales representatives
Prepare periodic sales reports
Monitor and evaluate competition activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
