Job Description

As a Sales Leader at MSI, you will guide a team of sales representatives to achieve corporate sales goals, develop strategic plans, and enhance customer engagement. This role combines leadership and strategic sales management to drive company growth in the countertop sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Direct sales forecasting and set performance goals
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate sales distribution and establish quotas
  • Advise dealers and clients on sales techniques
  • Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy
  • Represent company at trade association meetings
  • Meet with key clients and assist sales representatives
  • Prepare periodic sales reports
  • Monitor and evaluate competition activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Good business sense
  • Ability to motivate, coach, mentor and lead a team
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
