Key Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues
Coordinate care and conduct resident assessments
Educate residents on health maintenance and treatment
Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel
Required Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
