Job Description
Join Whole Foods Market as a Maintenance Team Leader and take charge of managing the maintenance team at our metro food production facility. You will lead operations ensuring safety compliance, implement maintenance schedules, and foster a positive work environment, making a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team and assign tasks
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and develop repair strategies
Implement preventive maintenance schedules
Manage maintenance budgets and inventory
Conduct interviews, training, and performance management
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience
OSHA safety certification or relevant safety training
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM)
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes
