Job Description
Join Raytheon as a Principal Product Test Engineer, where you'll lead projects to enhance testing processes and ensure compliance of hardware. You'll troubleshoot issues, develop test flows, and drive efficiency in the manufacturing process, contributing to national security efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and provide accurate rework instructions for product hardware
Create and maintain spares and test equipment obsolescence plan
Create Basis of Estimates (BOE) for additional capacity and capabilities
Lead projects to reduce test time and improve test processes
Develop test flows and contribute to test capacity analysis
Maintain changes to test equipment technical data package
Assist in non-routine fault isolation and diagnosis
Lead root cause and corrective action investigations
Perform risk assessments and support risk register reviews
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 8 years relevant experience or advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
