The Senior Services Program Director will lead Washington Metro Oasis, focusing on enriching the lives of older adults through strategic planning, community engagement, and fundraising. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization's growth and sustainability while promoting active aging.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management and strategic integration of Washington Metro Oasis (WMO)
Lead fundraising initiatives and cultivate sponsorships
Secure funding and philanthropy sources
Forge relationships with community partners and supporters
Ensure WMO aligns with health priorities of Johns Hopkins Medicine
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, healthcare management, human relations or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a relevant field
Proven expertise in fundraising
Experience in developing partnerships within the aging services sector
Strong skills in strategic planning, operational management, program development, and community engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Experience working with older adults in lifelong learning, health and wellness, and volunteer opportunities
