Key Responsibilities
Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
Provide treatment using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
Track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in California
Preferred Qualifications
2 years professional social work/clinical experience post Master's degree
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Experience with medical documentation and communication tools (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS)
