Join Phoebe Ministries as a Business Office Manager and play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents. You will provide essential financial management while ensuring exceptional customer service in a compassionate community.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with residents and families regarding insurance coverage and costs
Reconcile daily census for residents and verify insurance coverage
Generate monthly bills and manage private pay receipts
Complete risk assessments for Medicaid eligibility
Manage Private Pay Collections and Accounts Receivable
Required Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Minimum of two years of Skilled Nursing Accounts Receivable experience
Preferred Qualifications
College degree in business, healthcare management or related field
