This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, relationship-building, and mission impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Fundraising & Development

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and sponsorships.

  • Manage donor pipelines, campaigns, and relationship data.

  • Prepare and maintain development budgets, donor reports, and funding metrics.

Event Planning & Community Engagement

  • Lead planning and execution of all fundraising events (virtual and in-person).

  • Oversee vendor coordination, volunteer committees, logistics, and post-event follow-up.

  • Collaborate with consultants when needed, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.

Marketing & Communications

  • Build and execute a cohesive marketing strategy across print, email, web, and social.

  • Create branded collateral, media kits, and storytelling tools to support development goals.

  • Manage all digital platforms including Constant Contact, website updates, and social media.

  • Strengthen the organization’s external voice and presence in the community.

  • Maintain up-to-date media contact lists and send timely press releases and announcements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

  • 4+ years of nonprofit development and fundraising experience.

  • 3+ years in marketing, communications, or public relations.

  • Proven track record of planning and executing events.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and public speaking skills.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, mission-driven mindset.

  • Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check.
