Job Description
Join Health Connect America as an Independent Contractor providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and working collaboratively to ensure mental health and well-being in a supportive community environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
Create individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions in various settings
Document all client interactions and treatment plans
Participate in community outreach to promote services
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families
Eligibility for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
Must secure supervision and be in pursuit of licensure
Must live within 100 miles of the office
